About Us

When your vacation is over, you shall leave Kaş but a part of you will always stay here. Over the years, this is what the owners felt after each holiday they spent here and dreamt of an opportunity to be a lasting part of this beautiful Mediterranean town. This is how InSight KAŞ came to existence, as the dream of a group of six friends, white-collar professionals and business owners including the architect and civil engineer that built the site, as a way to connect them to Kaş and each other. Managers Şehnaz and Akın, also related to one of the owners, are a retired couple who will be the host to our guests and help them make the best of their InSight KAŞ experience.

Hospitality

You are here to relax, we are here to make sure nothing gets in the way of that. Our managers live on site and will be happy to help you in anyway they can when you need it.

Security cameras are appropriately placed around the premises providing 24h security while respecting your privacy. Fire alarms and fire extinguishers are installed in all our units.

Private Pool and Easy Access to Beach

All our units have their private pools but if you prefer the turquoise waters of Mediterranean, beach is within 5 minutes of walking distance.

Our villas have one of the best views in Çukurbağ peninsula, enjoy it.

Parking

Convenient parking spots are designated for each villa for easy access to your unit.

Furnished Units

All our villas are fully furnished for your basic needs. You can find the detailed list of items in each villa on its own page.

Quality Air Conditioning

Our villas are furnished with air-conditioning units from a top rated brand that ensures indoor air quality with minimal interference to you comfort.

Washer & Dryer

We have a laundry room on site with washer and dryer for your use. We can also provide ironing tools on demand.

Baby Bed

We can provide playard type of portable baby bed and high-chair on demand. Please make sure to let us know in advance of your arrival.

Large Screen TV

We know you are not here to watch tv. But just in case you want to, our villas are furnished with 48 and 55 inch large screen TV units with internet connection.

BBQ grill

For our guests staying in Nova, Ventis, Terra and Solis we can provide a BBQ grill and coal on demand to be used in their yard. Use of grill on terraces is not allowed to ensure your safety and the comfort of neighboring guests.

No Wheelchair Access

Unfortunately our villas are not wheelchair accessible.

No Pets Allowed

No pets allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

No Smoking

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. While smoking outdoors, please be considerate of our non-smoking guests.

Noise Pollution

Çukurbağ peninsula is peaceful and that is one of the reasons travelers choose to come here. We expect our guest to enjoy and let others enjoy this serenity by keeping their outdoor noise to an acceptable minimum during their stay.
